Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR)
The Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) is an international convention intended to enhance world security by restricting the flow of technologies with ballistic and cruise missile application. Switzerland is a member nation. More information can be found on the homepage of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO.
MTCR applies to many parts of SPL’s projects, products and information provided on this web site. This includes data, techniques, procedures and results related to design, construction, test and operation.
